Let down your hair.. Officer

Here's Lucas at his pre-school disco last month.

I dashed around trying to find something and remembered the police hat and vest we had in the toy room.

He was very happy that I let him spray his hair, nasty stuff but my Norwex face washers got it all out a treat with just water and a quick rub over his head.

He had some awesome dance moves and some tricky breakdancing - no idea where he learned that!
It was so hard to catch him on camera as he was zooming all over the place. He had a great time and was followed by his groupies and friends all night.

Below is the "word to yo mother". Totally adorable.

You're a Gem Lucas! I wouldn't swap you for the world.xxx

THE Wedding

Yes that's right, it's only taken me a month to get around to this. Emmy K Stone Photography has really captured their day of bliss!

The boys were amazed at how beautiful Meili looked and went all shy and curious on me.
Riley was a bit sad that his Meili couldn't play and so he patiently waited to give her a flower he'd picked.
Here's Lucas giving her a little present for her special day.
Slightly ruffed up family. Chasing kiddies around for an entire morning waiting for pics is a little tiring.... but..

They both managed to find themselves a girl friend to share in the fun.

Sorry Sam! I didn't get many of you. Emmy Stone has all the great pics. Check the link at the top.

August - lots and lots and lots

Gosh so much "stuff " happened last month. Apart from the regular lovely moments, we moved, had friends from overseas visit, I (for some reason felt the need to) made pickles and jams, got a hair cut and went to the organic expo ALL BY MYSELF. Bliss!
Now I'm not one to be posting pics of myself on here so you're privileged today.

 Mop chop and smiley faces

Riley and weetbix the horse sick with spots "I'n Norman" (Fireman Sam for those who don't get it)

An Uncle Matt induced crazy moment in the church kitchens

Me, pleased with my "stuff" from the Organic Expo. Note the little tinker in the back ground :o)

Real life pics

Yes they cuddle often, giggle often and fight sometimes.
Here they're posing in their Sunday clothes with an artistic background. Their freshly re-scribbled wall.

No photo fakery here.. keeping it real with the junk on the floor. Everyone has it. Oh, and Lucas' head really isn't that big! haha, it's the shadowing making him look like a light bulb.

Muddy Musical Midwinter

Well.. it's almost midwinter. These boys are just like their Dad. They like good messy fun anytime of the year. Riley did Uncle Andrew's childhood trick and washed his hair in mud.
It's a good job mush washes off buildings easily.

For family night we've been making it musical. After our lesson and song (which has been about animals and the creation lately) we have play time. So first we've been listening to Lucas and Riley play the guitar then having a game of monsters with Dad.

This is our new member of the family Sam. He and Meili get married in August which is so exciting!

I'll try and upload the movie of Lucas singing. He's so confident and works the audience wonderfully! Such a performer (in the best and worst sense. Dinner time tantrums often consist of him trying to convince us he can't walk to his seat and does dramatic wobbles with arms flaling and waling madly "woooooooOOOoo see!! I can't walk!" sob sob... so funny, we almost wet ourselves trying not to laugh.)

Tak dig fra vort mandskab sponserer

(Thank you from our team sponsors)

A rather exciting package arrived today from Farmor and Gramps. Lucas ripped into it while I shoved my boxes of soap through the door and Riley screamed and raved about not having his own parcel (aw!) so we let him take them out of the shredded packet. Soon to be calmed by what was inside....

Lucas stripped off in 2 seconds but I made Riley keep his clothes on... it's freeeezing!!

Something's up with our computer, I'll re-try adding the movie clips tomorrow. so cute.

Been busy

Blogger's annoying me big time. Keeps turning my pics topsy turvy. Sorry for that crick in  your neck.

Lucas' picture of Grandad (that I thought was a spider.. oops)

Revamped clothes (UK ones ofcourse, they've lasted!)

Riley says he is a monkey up a tree eating bananas. He loves sucking and chewing on the pineapple sage flowers.
A visit from the Browning cousins and the weeny dogs. Lucas and Riley were in Love!
My daughter in law to be. Little MJ, such a cutie. This was a special birthday party for her since Lucas couldn't make the real party date.

Super cute, Lucas in suit. It'd been a year since he'd tried it on and I forgot to roll the sleeves down for the pic.
